Overriding Environmental Laws To Build Trump's Wall
It was announced by the US Department of Homeland Security earlier this month that it will use a law created in 2005 within the George W. Bush era to bypass environmental rules in order to construct a fifteen mile stretch of Donald Trump's border wall near San Diego. Prototype walls, roads and other infrastructure will be constructed.
Ninety three species have been identified to be at risk along the southern border that could all be adversely affected by the construction of a border wall. These species include Mexican Gray wolves, Jaguars.
